Marches began this morning at Beyers Naude Square and are now proceeding to Constitution Hill, after an initial plan to march to Hillbrow was changed.
While Nkosinathi Ndabandaba did not attend in person, his supporters gathered here. Ndabandaba is credited with setting the 30 June deadline for the campaign.
The marches have drawn support from March and March, Jecinta Ngobese Zuma, and have also received backing from uMkhonto we Sizwe and Action SA, among others.
The movement is being driven largely by ordinary South Africans who say they have had enough of undocumented illegal immigration, lawlessness through fraudulent documents, and what they describe as the erosion of South Africaâs sovereignty
