These Terms & Conditions apply to business services provided by CONNECT WORLD TV (PTY) LTD, including website development, Google Business services, business directory citations and WhatsApp Business API integration.
Reg No: 2017/156213/07Connect World TV provides business digital services including website design and development, .co.za and .com domain registration, Google Business Profile setup, business directory citation building and Official WhatsApp Business API integration.
All applicable setup fees, service fees and package charges are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Domains included with our services are initially registered for a period of 12 months.
We aim to deliver applicable setup services within 48â72 hours after receiving all information, content, documents and access required from the client. Delays caused by missing information, verification requirements or third-party platforms may affect the completion timeframe.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and lawful business information required for website creation, Google Business Profile setup, domain registration, citations, WhatsApp Business API integration and related compliance processes.
Domain registration and setup-related fees are non-refundable once the relevant registration, configuration or setup process has been started or completed on behalf of the client.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from the services or these terms will be subject to the appropriate courts in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Connect World TV operates through CONNECT WORLD TV (PTY) LTD. These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law, with applicable disputes handled through the courts of Johannesburg.
